Add-a-line on us in December specifically was excluded in Costco Cash Card deal. But it worked in November which I was able to take advantage of.
yes...costco is offering free line ...if you are existing customer , you need to open one line to get second free. If you are new , open 2 and get third free. All three plans

This is exactly what I'm looking to do. Did you get that in writing from the tmobile rep at Costco? Some are saying the promotion is limited to 2 per account
