Was at Costco, limit 2 / account is what the offer clearly says. So be careful, they may give you more than 2 forms but you will get only two $300 gc's
The Costco representative said essentials was not eligible and then put me on the Magenta plan. Did a plan change online to Essentials but the 3rd line free did not automatically change over. T-Mobile customer service was helpful but new nothing about the Costco promo.
Sorry if this has been asked, but I'm wanting to confirm by understanding. I'm an existing customer with 2 voice lines on T-Mobile One plans. I have a new Samsung Note 20 that I just purchased from Samsung (unlocked) that has not been activated. I'm wondering if I could add a line, activate the new phone on existing line, take old phone and activate on new line. Wait 14 weeks and cancel new line. If so, does this have to be done in store? We have an old Costco membership, but moved and don't have a local store anymore. Also, I don't think there is any way to add a free line in my case, but it would be more attractive if I could somehow avoid the monthly cost of additional line for the 14 weeks, if possible. I think it's BOGO for the free line, but I wanted to know if anyone had a smart workaround... Like if I somehow could leave and come back as a "new" customer. All of our phones are fully paid off. Thanks!

I am a current SPrint customer. Anyone know if I go and want to activate two lines on the 55+ plan on Tmobile if I will have an issue? All of my billing is done through Sprint..
im in the same boat, also a Sprint customer. Wondering the same... Can anyone else who have sprint confirm?

I think Sprint numbers are not eligible for this promotion since they are technically on Tmobile network. I noticed they validate the phone numbers when porting numbers.

I took advantage yesterday they had a 180 Costco card plus 100 T-Mobile rebate card. I don't feel like returning and rebuying to get an extra 20.
or is it two per Costco account?
The rep was basically telling everyone each line would get $300 cash card... WTF?
