The 2060 looks to be about 14% faster according to this site.
Thanks to Yujie for catching my earlier error. Corrected to compare to the 1660 ti instead of 1660.

The 2060 looks to be about 33% faster according to this site.
The legion would better value if you don't have the amex 100$ deal.
(warning, blabber tech stuff incoming)
per benchmark.com the rtx 2060 mobile is less than 10% better. only the desktop rtx 2060 is 30% better. due to power consumption the mobile version of the 2060 is slowed down quite a bit. the 1650 ti doesn't suffer much difference due to power requirement is not too different from desktop version.
Question: How many external monitors could be connected to this? Will be using it for Microsoft Flight Sim 2020. Would like to use my 3x 4k 27" monitors. Appears there are sufficient ports.

I presume if folks can get it slashed with AMEX or something else the price difference may be enough to go for the cheap one....
