I'm not really computer tech savvy. Can someone please show me what to buy to fill in the Empty HDD Bay? I've seen reviews that some people said it doesn't fit properly and will stick out if installed.

Put in an order- looks similar spec-wise to the Asus ROG Strix I just returned to Microsoft because it kept crashing and I overall really disliked the way it looked and felt. Seems like this has a better screen and a shell that appeals to me a lot more. 90 day return window is great too!

Any deals on sub 1000$ laptops for work use? Trying to find a lightweight 14" strictly for work use.

Some times the base asus g14 goes to around $800-$850. It's a pretty decent machine but only has a gtx1650 but has a great 8 core and cpu.

Double check the return window. I believe laptops have 30 day policies at Walmart

Will do, I tried googling a few different ways and read their return policy page thoroughly expecting they would separate out electronics but didn't find anything. I'll know within a week if I wanna keep it anyway

I think I got that same Asus ROG Strix deal. What sort of crashes were you experiencing?

Mine crashed twice on the first day and regularly ever since. Seems to be storage or storage driver issues, but haven't gotten a solution yet. Been debating returning it, but I really just want a replacement, cause I really like the laptop otherwise.

Last-gen cpu that runs too hot and drains your battery like crazy. This is also a bulky laptop so it's no good for travellers. Also with the release of Ryzen 5000 and RTX 3000 series this is no longer a deal at 1k. This needs to drop to sub $700 to be a deal.

Exact same as you - two crashes first day and then one or so a day each following. I also disliked the logo and keyboard the more I tried them and looked at them.

Not all of them, the likes of Zephyrus G14 get around 7-8 hours non gaming usage

This laptop has an extra slot for either M.2 or 2.5" Drive and upgradeable RAM. Display is the same one found in Legion7. Pretty good price for the laptop. It was $999 during Black Friday.

Here are the reviews:
The Walmart specs say: Maximum RAM Supported -16 GB. Do you think this is incorrectly stated on Walmart?

I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for this and get called an Apple fanboy but the Macbook Air with the M1 is the best choice for anything not related to gaming. Great performance, amazing battery life. Dave 2D gives a good explanation:

As for this deal. I'd say it's a very solid deal.

I remember when everybody was like "don't buy the desktop rtx 2000's cus the 3000's are coming out soon". Now the used 2000 cards are selling higher than MSRP used and you can't get a 3000's card without paying double. Not saying that's going to necessarily happen to the 2000's laptop cards but you never know.
