UPDATE 1: confirmed with rep and instructed to screenshot full amazon page. They will honor the price match so technically my cost will be only $100.67, but an extra 5% popped up, so it changed to

final cost: $85.58.

plus my amex card promo for spending $1000 has been met after this, so another $200 going back to me.

UPDATE 2: tip since I didn't want to turn in my note 10+ 512gb. I bought an s10e from amazon for $298, and that is what I am turning in to them.

IOS is just too boring and still look the same since 2010. I tried to like the mini but it's awful.

I didnt use the stacks to order my N20U and it just shipped with two day deliver. I did, however, use a buch of other coupons to palce the order, so only stacked coupon purchases are being targeted.

So apparently my order is arriving fast because it's being sent from my own state, which I literally never seen before (I've ordered a bunch of Samsung stuff). It wasn't supposed to arrive until the 27th.

I'm 80% sure someone's canceled phone got re-routed to me lmaoo

Damn, FedEx kept saying my tab S7+ is On vehicle for delivery all day, and it just turned into a Delivery Exception. I guess it's going back to Samsung. I've already received the ZFold yesterday and I see 2 charges posted in my CC, one for the fold and other for the Tab ($92). It's a waiting game now..

That's probably how it was presented to them. "There is a technical glitch. As a result the orders are being cancelled." Anybody giving more details is probably at risk of internal retaliation so many probably have no idea what's actually happening.

Sorry to say this, but few of the CS I came across are big fat lairs. Not all of them, I am speaking of few I've come across. For example, first support person I reached to confirmed the price match, when checking with another he was denying it. I said it's there in the ticket, and he said sorry about the misinformation. I was like WTF. Mad

Had a similar experience with a tablet I bought. I wanted a 5% referral code to work with my order and there didn't seem to be a reason for it not to work. First CS guy I talked to said I would get the 5% refunded to me when the order is delivered. Talked to the second CS guy after my order was delivered and said that it was misinformation, but they can give me 10% off for the confusion. 🤷 ♀️

I wish it worked that way. My order was sent from somewhere that I can literally go and grab it myself, but it still got recalled back to Samsung at first scan.
