UPDATE 1: confirmed with rep and instructed to screenshot full amazon page. They will honor the price match so technically my cost will be only $100.67, but an extra 5% popped up, so it changed to

final cost: $85.58.

plus my amex card promo for spending $1000 has been met after this, so another $200 going back to me.

UPDATE 2: tip since I didn't want to turn in my note 10+ 512gb. I bought an s10e from amazon for $298, and that is what I am turning in to them.

IOS is just too boring and still look the same since 2010. I tried to like the mini but it's awful.

Had an s21 ultra on the delivery vehicle for delivery today but apparently samsung placed the request yesterday evening to have it returned. Can't believe they taunted me by having it come so close. Sooo close. Tracking shows incorrect address now. Fedex driver was too slow. Maybe he will deliver it anyway.

Go to the hub today 30 minutes before close and tell them its an express package! They will let you pick it up if it has yet to be returned.

That's what mine said. The express truck is usually back at the hub 30 min to 1 hour before close. All the reps see in their system was it was not delivered and refused for whatever reason. Unless it was returned to sender already which is not possible until it is retuned to hub due to being refused. It cannot and will not go from out to delivery on the truck to return to sender status. It can only go to return to sender once it is checked in at the hub. Try 30 min before close tell them it's an express package and customer service said you can pickup when the truck is back. You shouldn't have any issues. Please post back If successful!!! I'm rooting for you

Whilst trying to intercept the package at the depot might work I don't feel good about doing that when samsung has asked for it to be returned. I consider that game over personally.

There should be but they just canceled everything in their mad rush to stop the bleed. I have been told once before when an order is canceled it is canceled and there is nothing customer service can do to reinstate it. Unless they were lying. They can't charge you again without your permission.

If they delayed by a day or two sifting through the details then they probably would have recovered less despite being more precise with what was canceled. Every day hundreds of orders would be delivered so a day delay can be crucial.

I have one, note 20 ultra, on the truck BUT I just saw the FexEx express van pass my house by so I am pretty sure it is not getting delivered. I may go to the express location later and try to get it.

21 Ultra order is already in processing to return to sender and return shipment label created.

I think they'll definitely wrap around for the ones they canceled, but got delivered if the number of such cases was large. If it's a very small number, they'll probably ignore. If the accessory came and the price was zero, I think they may just write it off for smaller valued items (buds, controller, etc.).

FedEX just delivered my phone!!! There is an exception on shipping facts when logged in but shows out for delivery this morning before delivery . Maybe the driver did not see the notice and I got lucky.
