I spoke to a Samsung chat representative and they said "it's not possible for us to cancel orders after they've been shipped out, not even from a higher team". That's obviously not the case, as many have had issues here...
He forwarded my issue to the fulfilment team. I don't have high hopes.
I did the Verizon financing option. Seems like several other people who had issues did the same.
