Check in FedEx app, if you've one and have an account. It's free I guess both for UPS and FedEx. Tells you all labels created by anybody for your address.

Pending charge on my cc is gone, but my order says it's still 'in process" with an expected delivery of March 17th? Is it a lost cause?

Did you check to see what your Samsung account shows for the status of the order?
Yes, no change. In process. That is expected. For my Watch3 that I ordered recently my status on Samsung order page didn't change for a few days.

I tried and they told me it is not possible because of the many 5% coupons used.

My payment has long posted. My $200 PM refund posted yesterday. But, the phone is already delivered back to Samsung.

What now?

No other refunds other than the $200 PM. Should I contact CS now or wait to see how they handle it?

same here, pending charge is gone but samsung still says order created with delivery date of the 17th. maybe the pending charge falls off if it doesn't ship within a couple days. This lends credence to the thought that they were out of stock on the N20U and are waiting for more.
it cant stay pending for long.they have to ship the item or the pending charge goes away. I'd bet they will recharge once it actually ships, IF it ships.. but imo we're still ok if it hasn't been outright canceled by now.

I see label created for TM N20U as well. Didn't stack 15 coupons. Coupons used were one 5%, one referral code, and $100. After 550 trade-in value, total about 275$. Have 200 PM and 10% refunds chat reference. Hopefully everything goes well and N20U will be 50$ + traded phone.
What did you use to PM? Amazon was unlocked version, right? How did you PM for tmob version?

I missed the entire deal but don't feel that bad considering cancellation and other headache....Samsung customer service is awful considering overseas customer reps add insult to the injury Smilie
