I had an order with Under Armour online, 2 pairs of boots, one was accidentally refunded, I thought I was getting lucky. About 3 weeks later I get an email from Under Armour saying they messed up on some orders and had made unintentional refunds to some orders and I would be recharged. Checked my PayPal and they had indeed charged it again. Your aren't out of woods for a month I'd say.
I actually had a flower company once change the price on me for a PayPal order, they removed all the discounts and charged me full price even though I only authorized about half of the amount, so I suppose it is possible.

As a precaution, I just removed "Samsung Electronics America" from my PayPal lol.

In the iOS app, click on the gear icon on the top right, then automatic payments and scroll down, they're listed alphabetically. They were on there twice because I had placed a previous order for something else.

I would remove every entry with Samsung just to be safe lol. I'd return the phone if I had to, but I don't want them charging me $900 or whatever the retail price is a month later and then saying that it's too late to return the phone.

Missed delivery today because it said the package needed to be signed for by someone with a Photo ID. Contacted FedEx and they said only Samsung can authorize the package to be picked up at a FedEx hub. Anyone else here miss their delivery and had to go to FedEx to pick up?

Couldn't they just demand the phone back? They could always blacklist the phone if it is not sent back.

Same boat. Even funny is that Samsung sent me an email to let me customize my N20U with earbuds...

If I were handling it from a customer service rep perspective, orders with anything that cost less than the buds pro they may not pursue after refund.

Orders with a tablet accessory may be a different story and they'll say since it was a combo order and you didn't receive the phone, they'll try to get you to pay more for the tablet. You should say no, you want the phone. They'll say it's out of stock. You say you are the manufacturer and it will be back in stock and I want what I paid for (Newegg has hidden behind this excuse so many times on combos for me). If you argue enough, they may relent - I see no easy way for them out of just taking the loss on the accessory for them. I think this will be a case by case basis item. I think you'd win with a credit card dispute which Samsung would need to take into consideration - you can argue you were baited into a purchase and that Samsung changed the conditions and price of the order unilaterally without consent of the change and that they have the phone, but won't ship it to you to complete the order. It was their mistake and they failed in no part due to you.
Thanks, Man. Smilie Not sure how they'll justify calling the shipments back, it reached to the local FedEx center and it was called back. Time to keep record of all the timelines and events happen, it will be useful to file a dispute.

Their customer support is very pathetic, I went through 7-8 of them yesterday for an issue and they don't budge whatever you say. I asked 4 of them to check with Supervisor, but they just lie telling you they checked with the Supervisor and come back with the same answer.

You didnt miss the shipment. They just used that as a reason to send it back to get returned to Samsung. If you read through the thread people are getting a variety of reasons for "failed/rejected/cancelled" deliveries but they are all just filler to get the package back to dispatch centers.

I don't think you really had anything to worry about anyway lol I doubt they would stop shipping non-glitch orders.

Just received my order of S21 Ultra with buds+ and cover. Ordered on Monday with 14 5% stacked coupon. Probably got lucky. Now to try and see if the luck can be extended for price match though not hopeful as it seems the policy on price match has changed

Did you have any kind of cancellation or delivery exception?

There's literally nothing to worry about.

If you used the stacking codes glitch then you may not get everything in your order and they may refund you for what you didn't get and just keep the money for the tablet, which you could just return for a refund and be right back where you started.

There's not one single reason to worry, even though they got screwed by a glitch they're not going to screw over their customers, that would be a PR nightmare.

As a side note to others on here, I should have known that the S21+ was shipped because the "cancel" option disappeared from my orders page for that device only while it was still there for the accessories. I checked it out a few hours after purchase before Samsung cancelled the order so if your entire order was already cancelled then that wouldn't work now.

If you happened to check your orders page before Samsung cancelled it and your cancel button was missing for an individual item, it's a good chance that was already shipped so good luck!
Well they confirmed the order and shipped the items and call back. They have charged the full order amount and have not sent all items mention in the invoice. They should have cancelled the order in first place. They have charged, charge is posted, it is not pending anymore. I am worried about that and worried about getting overcharged for the item delivered.

Not a single apology from their side and no update to customers about items being called back. A reputed company who cares about their customers, they should have sent an email explaining shipment being called back with refund explanation. Instead they have put us all in misery. Peace
