Mine was a legit order. I asked for supervisor and everything. No budge. Now some are saying since it's "unlocked" on amazon and not the tmobile version then no price match. What my rep told me is pretty much I'm getting too much off if they did the pm. They told me my last rep that said it was eligible for 200 off.. she didn't look at the order good enough.
You should've found a T-Mobile version to price match rather than the unlocked then. It kinda makes sense. I had the same exact thing, color and provider and all to pm.

they are supposedly honoring price matches if you already chatted in before yesterday. But none going forward. Probably because they are swamped. I've been waiting 4-5 days already for mine to be processed. A week or so ago they were churning them out in a couple of days.

Well I chatted and had a id number for the chat to be looked back on. Still didn't PM. Im thinking of calling corporate and throwing a fit. For 274 I'm not that mad since I paid 400 for a used s10+ a year ago.. so nu20 is way better and it'll be brand new instead of used and ill just trade it in a year from now for 550 hopefully.. I still would like 200 cash or even a credit.

Yes but you were trying to price match the wrong version. The first agent who you got the chat id for should have told you that rather than getting your hopes up. They just caught it when it went through the final processing.

People with valid price matches that had chatted in before yesterday should get the refund.

Sounds like you got a decent deal anyway.

Eh, the math is:

S10E = $300
S21 Ultra + Gear 3 = $483
Total for S21 Ultra + Gear 3 = $783.
Subtract $200 for selling Gear 3 and you end up with the S21 Ultra for $583.

The Amazon sale on the S21's was $999 for the Ultra, $700 for the S21+ (256GB, but that's a wide difference) and it has over 100 upvotes. Aftermarket, they go for no less than $899 and then you're dealing with 3rd party.
It is a lukewarm deal because up until yesterday you could do better. And I'm not talking about the 5% stacking. You could price match amazon and take another $200-250 off. And they were giving better bundle discounts on the watches/tablets. You could get a s7 256gb tablet for less than $100 and flip it for $400-500. You could also stack AKG headphones for $35 or so.

EG though I'm sure people did better I paid $726.72 for my s21 ultra bundle with a s10e trade
- sold tablet for $425 net.
- Sold 2 x AKG headphone for $125 net
- $250 price match
- $60 tablet price match
- $35 rak u 10
+ I paid less than $300 for the s10e but call it $300 for comparison.

Net cost to me for the S21 ultra = $131.72. I still have a 10% refund credit pending that they haven't gotten back to me about but you didn't use one in your example so I will leave it out. And this is the 256gb version of the ultra.

But yes in itself I think yours is still a decent deal. We are all just used to some slick slick slick deals from this past couple of weeks.

True but some of us were stacking on other phones and all the discussion got lumped in here. Those phones could get price matches eg the s21 ultra or the fold.

I bought 2 phones a Note20 ultra with no extras or anything but used the 15 codes, edu combo and that one shipped and im using it right now.

The other one is a S21 Ultra and that one has been sitting on "processing" since March 8th with no movement and says delivery by the 17th. This one has a trade in involved - im not expecting to ship at all but i kinda wish they would just cancel it.
Mine is also with trade-in and in same situation. Wish they just canceled it so that I stop doing refresh to check update every hour

Hello Samsung customer,

This is a follow up email regarding the recent order which was placed with us. As the order had more than one promo codes that applied instead of one, the order was retrieved from FedEx to our warehouse. Please place a new order with the available discounts and promotions on Samsung.com. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to price match the new order with this order, as the promo code discounts were applied to the order in error. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated in this regards.

Thank you for choosing Samsung, don't forget to use code: CS_50_LATESTGALAXY_5G when ordering your new Galaxy S21 to earn an additional $50 instant-credit off select mobile accessories.
Warm regards,

Samsung Customer Care

Where did you sell these at? Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist?

I placed 3 orders. Watch with trade in, no complex codes, paid, shipped, received (ordered 3/4). N20u black tmobile, trade-in, as many codes as possible ($300ish), still processing order, but payment posted on 3/8. Buds pro black, trade-in, no complex codes, shows shipped, but (ordered 3/11)...that payment ($180ish) was just credited back to my card.
So odd.
Comment, I had no intention of upgrading my phone after the watch purchase, but I got endless ads (for lack of a better word) through my phone and watch via a multitude of apps regarding the galaxy experience sales/opportunities of last week(s). It seemed every time I looked at the n20u on the site (following a click that was fed to me) another code was added to sweeten the deal. I finally justified the expense and pulled the trigger. It seems their aggressive marketing went too far and they are trying to retroactively correct things. Who knows if the buds pro will arrive, but the whole thing is strange.
