If there are any FedEx drivers that work near Coppell TX viewing this thread, please drive over to the Samsung warehouse...like right now...and pick up my package. My phone wants to come home to Papa.

PS..I'll give you a rep if you do.
Thanks in advance! ðŸĪ

I ordered a t mobile NU20 with $100 off coupon, 7x 5% off, s10 trade in and edu discounts on 3/7 and samsung's website states that it is in process and due for delivery on the 17th. This morning I checked my credit card statement and it seems the pending charge is now gone. Does refreshing the samsung page make is ship faster? /s 🙃

Same boat. I don't think these are getting shipped anymore, but it's hard not to hold onto that little bit of hope while it's saying "in process."

Some people have said it's possible the Tmobile N20Us have been backordered. Only time will tell. 😔

I googled how long a pending charge stays on a cc, and it said it usually takes 5 days. In my case, the pending charge did go away on the 5th day after I placed the order, so I think that was automatic. With that said, I wouldn't doubt Samsung flagged most of the "in process" orders by now and just let them die in the water. I would think the status would be updated to cancelled, but that might not be a huge priority for them while they get this stuff sorted out and probably put most of their focus on the shipped orders. ðŸĪ· ♀ïļ

Mine is also with trade-in and in same situation. Wish they just canceled it so that I stop doing refresh to check update every hour
No need to refresh. Samsung sends a text when orders ship.

In my case, I have full invoice amount actually posted since the 7th, but an additional pending charge of$8. Six days for both charges now and status still "in process"

Mine went to Shipped, with just label created yesterday. The original pending charge then disappeared, and a new pending charge for just $3.31 posted. Now that charge disappeared...I firmly believe the Samsung order department people are drunk on Soju.ðŸĪŠ
