I'll chime in here since I'm very experienced with putters...
This is a good price for a spider if you were looking. They usually dump their previous generation putters for cheap and that's what's going on here.
For those of you worried about the 35" length. Your local golf shop could remove the grip (saving it), cut it down to your requested length and re-install the grip for around $15-20. Aftermarket weights are available on ebay for cheap if you want to modify the headweight to lighter or heavier. Usually, if going shorter, it's better to go heavier but it's all personal preference.
Older spiders tend to sell for around $75-150 depending on the model and condition so you shouldn't lose much, if any, money if you decide this putter doesn't work out for you and resell it.
I'm betting a lot of you don't what toe hang is and what the difference between the #1 L neck/plumbers neck and the double bend shaft are... Basically, if you keep your putter face pretty square in your putting stroke, the double bend would be ideal. If your putter face rotates some in your putting stroke, the L neck would be better suited for your stroke. If you are coming from a traditional blade, with the plumbers neck, that will have about 45* toe hang so neither of these models will be like that but of the two, the #1 L neck would be more similar.
SD does it again. Came on here to find an electric leaf blower and walked away with a putter. Gonna have to get creative with this thing to clean off my patio
Great deal on a great putter. I highly recommend the double bend version if you prefer a face balanced putter over toe hang. I'm much more accurate with my same straight back stroke now with the double bend.
Why in God's name would a putter have an interactive tool?
For the same people that want computer chips in water bottles.
I agree. This putter does not come with the interactive "stuff". Apparently as-is it doesn't affect performance. So it seems you get a very good putter at a good price without the nonsense.

The chip is actually crazy helpful. It syncs to an app that tracks how open or closed your face is, and shows you the timing of your back stroke and through the ball. You just pop the sensor in and out before rounds.
It's been nice to be able to see what an "optimal" back swing is on my putting stroke.
