My six year old can play it. It's not that hard. It's pretty straight forward

(Raises hand) I have a very peasant Bachelor's degree and was able to play this.
I'm not having any get togethers anytime soon so I'm passing on this deal personally, but I'd highly recommend the game for anyone considering a fun game for groups.
Once you know the game, it's really easy to teach. The game is relatively quick to boot and great for casual play. I highly recommend Sushi Go!

You're trying to make sets. The twist is each turn you keep 1 card and pass the rest of your hand to the left. Certain sets are harder to make, you can see what card people are keeping each turn and you can see what's in the hands as their passed around, so you try to make smart choices about what sets to go after.
