I'm still waiting on my desktop that was originally supposed to ship on 2/24 or thereabouts. Agree this is probably going to ship a month after you are quoted.

The 3090 is great and all but it looks a little skimpy on everything else. Only an i5 (10th gen), 512GB SSD, and a Wi-Fi 5 network adapter. I'd also expect to see 24 or 32 GB of RAM at this level too. I wonder what kind of mobo and PSU this has and if they took any shortcuts there as well.

I had this on order but canceled. It's a good price but it's an HP branded 3090 and others are complaining about poor airflow and limited bios control

I wouldn't buy this. I had it in order but the ship date got pushed back.
The previous deal had an I7

Either way, gpu is poorly constructed. Not great cooling on the vram

Install any browser addon that checks stock. 3060/70/80s sell out before you can load the page, the 3090 will sellout 30s later. So clearly there is less demand for 3090 LMAO

I'd buy any 3090 at retail if I could then resell for 50% profit on ebay.

That said, I don't think HP has these in stock either. They're selling configured computers that they won't be able to build for months.

It's been known for a while that you want to add 1mm thermal pads to these cards to maximize mining profits.

HP isn't the only one with these manufacturing shortfalls.

For games this should be fine, but this card is not like the 3rd party cards that people use for mining. As the person above me said you must replace thermal pads on the VRAM on the actual card.
