Chatted two times this morning to get credit for wellness points from past online orders. Talked to Anthony and he applied them no problem. Then I got Yolanda for my third chat for another card that needed credit. I had three online orders that needed wellness points credited. She said 2 were credited already and one wasn't. She applied the one. I know this is not correct as I have my receipts from all my in store purchases. She is normally good about handling the bc issues. Now I will have to chat again with someone else to hopefully get it corrected.

UPDATE chatted with Anthony d Today and got credit for my wellness points that Yolonda wouldn't credit.

I had the same issue with Michelle and Wellness pts so I just gave up on it. I'll get to 500 before June 30 (in case it matters) but it will just take a few extra weeks. Devyn said he'd credit the missing Wellness pts but it didn't happen.

Oh no I will have to check tomorrow to see if they actually applied them. Ugh. Im not
sure if I will reach the points by June without getting these applied as I am out of town for a few weeks in April and May so no shopping. But then who knows if the program is going to even continued come June.

You can pick up a lot of points next week buying Colgate and Sundown.

I know this has been asked/answered before, but I couldn't find the convo w/search. Can anyone give me the details on how to link a RA account w/IB? Yes, it's sad that I'm just getting around to this after all of the online orders I've done .. but I can't get it to work. If I try to scan the Plenti card (don't have my original RA card), I get an error. If I enter the number from my Plenti card, I get an error. If I enter my wellness account number, I get an error. WTH?! Is there some special trick?? Thanks in advance!

Not sure about why that don't work, but one thing to keep in mind is not to have more than 2 accounts per device, per DG... I forgot exactly how I signed up, but I believed I did it first thru desktop PC (meaning not app and make sure to clear cookies and restart if you're doing more than one -> IB is pretty slick on tracking and might detect you creating more than 1 account LMAOLMAOLMAO), and then once account is created, I login from app and link the wellness # you get from RA.com as described by AH... Good luck!!!

For online order:

Get 2 Depend and 2 Kotex, make sure it's over 30, and 8 Almay APDO (12 BC) and that will give you 38 BC back (10/30+6Depend+12Almay+10/50)... 8 more if you have IB and save 10 if you have 10/40 birthday/anniversary codes... Replace Almay if you don't want that and get 4 x 7G trash bags and get 36 back instead, but you'll have to chat to get that 10 BC back for 7G... Good luck!!!

The app appears to be down. I know I have bonus cash expiring either this week or next week. Is there another way to find when it expires?

I have $32 bonuscash, so I'd like to do an in-store shopping trip to also use the $10/$50 coupon. I'm struggling to get there.
6x Vaseline 10oz (B2G1) ~$15, save $5 coupons.com, $2 BC
2x Tide $10, 2x $2 L2C
Wonderful pistachios bogo (~$4 each?)
Irish Springs $4, $2 ad coupon

So that gets me to the mid $30s which should be enough to use up my bonuscash, but I'm struggling to find $15 more items that I actually want. At that point it's basically a sunk cost, so the ad coupon becomes spend $15 save $10.

Also, heads up that even though it's only Wednesday, the RA website defaults to next week's ad so don't get tricked!
