Bosch is clearing out a few sizes of their Bi-Metal Hole Saws. Seems to be an online thing only. Amazon is also running the same price but they are all out of stock. Lowes still has some.

These are one piece, in that the arbor, pilot bit and hole saw are one piece. Break the pilot bit, or it dulls and you cannot sharpen, it will not be all that useful. That said, these 3 sizes are very popular with electricians.... A 7/8" hole is the correct size for a 1/2" conduit, 1-1/8" is the correct size for 3/4" conduit and 1-3/8" is the correct size for 1" conduit. The 1-1/8" is also the correct size for commercial door lock cylinders.
I would hate to pay retail, but at this price, yes, they are a deal.... thanks.
I don't mind masterforce stuff but that is so clearly not true. You're comparing regular price master force to a deeply discounted bosch nevermind the $7 for the bit.
These bits are different than your average hole saw. These are meant for drilling metal and commonly used by electricians. I picked one up for $3 a few months ago and have used it 3 or 4 times and it has been well worth it.
If you don't ever envision yourself drilling metal, get a regular hole saw.

I should also add, the 7/8" size is what is used for a common 3/8" connector.
No even gonna order. Lowe's cancelling all my orders like this...
This deal has been going on for about 2 months, Amazon has been running it for a while and so is lowes, Just lowes still has some stock of them and no one has posted about it, so I posted it to let the people know, This is not a glitch price, for glitch prices they cancel orders. I already got mine
Will this cut cast iron sink? I need to make an existing hole bigger to install a water filter.
Cast iron is easy to drill. Problem is using a holesaw to drill out an existing hole that is larger than the pilot drill. Better off using a step drill if the hole you need is an inch or smaller. The problem you face is the the ceramic coating on the sink. It will probably chip badly.
