Yup unless you already have Bosch 12VDC accessories this is no deal, proprietary battery is $39.95 and then you need a charger.
The HD deal on the 12VDC Milwaukee Rover is much better but keeps selling out

For those in the bosch 12v line. This makes a cheap underhood light w the hook. Note this light is not magnetic unlike Milwaukee's rover light. Which might be a deal breaker for some.

There's a lot to like about this price and light! I'm into Bosch's 12V collection, but decided on a 200 Lumen Craftsman instead. It's pretty big and I needed something that fit into my tool bag easily. Nice find

If you are already on the Bosch 12v platform, then I highly recommend this light. Definitely more expensive but it is by far my favorite cordless light I've ever used across all platforms.

Agreed. I love this thing. Being able to lay it down on one of the five sides is huge. Fits in tight spaces nicely.

Thanks! One of the Lowe's near me had seven at $11.99. I picked up a couple.

Was also able to get a Bosch for 12v impact driver with two batteries and charger for $37. I already have the impact charger so may sell it and keep the batteries.
