I certainly have. One time that stands out is when I bought an OtterBox case from them and it was so very clearly a cheap Chinese knock off that it wouldn't even fit my phone correctly. It was also pretty clear that it was used, but being sold as new condition, there was obvious wear on it. To their credit, they did end up refunding me but it was only after I fought with three different people. That was the last time I bought from them, and there won't be a next time.

I had one good experience with them, but the second purchase was frustrating. "Open box" doesn't mean the box opened while the item fell down 3 flights of stairs. I had to argue for an item that clearly was damaged badly and then repackaged. They gave me a refund, but it should never have happened in the first place.

I am sad to see them go. I have gotten some really good deals lately from them. Some that I wanted to try and didn't like, I was able to easily return. All items below came in excellent condition without a single scratch and all had warranties remaining for 8-10 months.

1. AW SE 44 mm Gold for $156
