So I accidentally put my Mobley sim from sprint lg v40 (worked for years) to a pixel 4a 5g, to try and get 5G, didn't realize the 4a was factory unlocked and recognized by att so they suspended the account immediately, lesson learned.

Since now no more Mobley plan, searching the net brought me to a hidden at&t unlimited tablet plan for $20/mo, and I got it, they sent me sim card. Is it OK to share the info here? Not sure if ok to post it here. Let me know, and I can do that. If I do that, let's thumb this down.

And this is a postpaid account, they'll run soft credit check, you can have just the $20 tablet plan, no need to have a phone plan, you need to call to setup, not from link. PM me for info, not sure if ok to post info here. Make sure you have a tablet imei handy before calling.

I had the same problem & still can't log into my account because ATT changed the log in info. When my CC expired I first called but got transferred too many times b/c no one was familiar with the grandfathered iPad data plan. I ended up going to a store. They had no clue either but were able to access my account and update my CC.

Big question for me is whether the plan will update to 5G once a 5G iPad ships. Maybe we'll find out next month.

Upon research this plan is no longer available. It was grandfathered in Sept. 2020. New users after that had their plan changed to include only 10GB of hotspot. Changes happened to most new accounts in feb. When activating hotspot.

Att limits that to 20gb per month so if that is all you use then that is a better solution. But if you are going to do that then you. Red an app that blocks out ads because those burn up tons of GB
