For the referral, can my wife refer me even if she only have freedom credit card or a closed CSP?
Edit: look like I can get a referral link from my closed CSP, but I am not sure what would happen to the point since points tie to card specifically.
Should be fine accruing a bonus assuming it's been 4 years since you got your bonus. If you go into your closed account and find your old statements, try and see when your bonus got issued.

Does adding an authorized user affect this user's ability to apply for this card separately?
The rep told me waiving of the annual fee is part of the in branch offer.
I was told to bring in 2 pieces of ID. If anything I would think you can email them additional documents.
