I was able to sign up for a card online though, 80k points, no $95 sign-up fee, and there was mention of a grocery credit.

Also, when do I get the bonus points? After I spend the $4k or after the 3 months?

I applied in branch and got the first year fee waived

I applied in branch. First year waived, 80K bonus when 4K spent within 3 months, and $50 grocery credit 😌

I was in branch today to apply. Apparently, the banker told me they had the system issue that if you already had sapphire in the past, it wouldnt see you in the system, and it probably would got solved around april 23.
I applied this morning at a branch and got the same.
