I wasn't able to sign up at the branch, the guy wouldn't even entertain my sign it. It was weird.

I was able to sign up for a card online though, 80k points, no $95 sign-up fee, and there was mention of a grocery credit.

Can someone explain how to $50 statement credit towards grocery stores work?

Also, when do I get the bonus points? After I spend the $4k or after the 3 months?

Ok, has anyone who previously had a sapphire reserve card (either canceled or product changed) been able to get the in-branch offer with first year fee waived?

I went in branch (April 9th) to apply. Banker said offer was not showing as available in my account. Banker looked up when I last received reward and it was April 2nd, 2017 and said that its more than 48 months but system takes some time to update and to check back in a week. I currently don't have any other sapphire cards. Anyone able to apply right past the 48 month mark?

I was in branch today to apply. Apparently, the banker told me they had the system issue that if you already had sapphire in the past, it wouldnt see you in the system, and it probably would got solved around april 23.

Ok. Explains why the offer didn't show up for me in branch. I had Sapphire before and last got the 100K reward 4/2/2017 and later down graded from Sapphire to Freedom.
