So I have T-Mobile One & 2 if my lines has add-on as One Plus Promo which includes 10GB hotspot but my free line just a normal T-Mobile One & when I've asked the rep to add the One Plus Promo, she said it's a grandfathered therefore it cannot be added, is this correct?

Just try another rep until you find one who is willing to add it.

Did you check why it was suspended?
One rep said the system did it automatically and had no clue, other rep said that the system was expecting a port in number and prematurely suspended this line when it did not get a port in number, which doesn't seem right cos why and how would the system know i am going to port a number or take advantage of a port in promo. All it asks when you buy or upgrade is whether you have a trade in and evaluates the value of the trade in.

I can not decide if I should get the iPhone SE 64G or the 256G ($50 more). When I look at the selling price on swappa they say it is $282 or $389, respectively. I've never sold a phone and don't know what site is the best price with least hassle/fees. Any thought on this subject is appreciated.

btw, my kids both have an SE so this is only for a backup or to sell.
