No call function, no music/ music storage. However the battery last double and $40 cheaper for the 2e. For me it's more worth it because i don't call on the smartwatch and use it as music player.

i don't listen to mp3 music files but record podcasts and youtube audio from videos. larger files than 3-5MB for a typical mp3. i can't imagine transferring files to the watch over wifi. especially when i already have them on my phone. i read reviews talking on BT is not so good and drains battery. Even gts 2e won't last a week if you track sleep and use gps for daily workouts.
I have Amazfit GTR 2e. The battery life is not close to advertised 24h even when all monitoring is off. It is about 10 days. The screen does not turn on consistently. Messages are hard to read. Watchfaces are not perfect. The weather is shown only right after the sync in app. SpO2 measurement is manual only (no monitoring). I would say these are not very different from much cheaper and older Amazfit Bip.
