I'm happy with my Klein strippers, but still trying to decide if I should get this because of my German tool addiction In any case thank you for the post. I always appreciate deals with lowest CCC price.
A lot of people like the OP strippers because they fit easily into a tool belt and besides pliers, they cut romex, BX and MC cables.
Having tried them all and for wire stripping, I still use these Klein strippers[amazon.com] 95% of the time.... fast, easy and no tugging or pulling. For metal shielded cable like BX, I use these type of cutters[amazon.com] that are made for the job.... Southwire's version[homedepot.com] is fine as well. You don't want to cut the wire inside the cable that you will need for a connection.
