If you don't see your Model listed which was the case for me Click on Instant Chat. I got a live human being.

Lastly I asked about the SSD slots, and here's the response I got.
Main slot is PCIe/SATA with a max drive of 256
Secondary slot is SATA with a max drive of 256
For a max total of 512
Please post your, if you were able to stuff a bigger drive into either slot.
Good Luck

I like the feel of it, the metal feeling lid helps it not feel super cheap.
I use it for prepping 3d models for my printer, and it's very good at what I ask it to do.
BTW it does charge via USB c despite it saying data only.

Really hard to find one of these nowadays.
Have a library of 100s of DVDs that I still like the convenience of just sliding in and watching on laptop.

Grab a 512GB Flash for about $50-$75 bucks and you can put all your movies there.
Generally, DVD rips do not involve breaking encryption, which is an issue with Blue-Ray.
Thus legality issues are normally avoided so long as you actually own the DVD.
(No - I'm not a lawyer so just a laymans view...)

Actually lemme edit this and say it shows as charging when you plug it into USB c power supply. I've never actually bothered since I'm using the oem adapter, but I doubt it would show as charging and not actually charge? I just did it to test its response.

Also I tried searching for Manufacturer website to see the specs/manual but wasn't able to find it. If anyone has a link would love to see it.

Plus, ripping is a time-consuming process. 100's of DVDs could easily turn into weeks of ripping.
