For those who does not want read all 25 pages here is some FAQ:

1) How to get -$135 off for the Warranty?
This option is available via mobile version of the site.
2) How does this 3080 card look like? Is it suitable for mining/intensive use, is it 3- or 2-fan model?
It is a 2-fan model, with likely insufficient cooling for mining, Temp above 100C at intensive use. The alienware desktop interior, 3080 and 3090 cards are shown in this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZYAOwML1II
3) How to cool down the 3080 card?
Replace factory fans and thermal pads. See post of bearsworth8 for details.

I have a question for people that actually know what they are doing, I'm planing on buying one mine on it until I recover the money 5 6 7 months and after sell it or keep it just as a normal office pc no gaming maybe even sell 3080 for profit replacing it with a cheap gpu. My question is for mining is it worth the extra $ for the i7? Or should I save the money and buy the cheap gpu down the road like a 1660

Mine had $98 upgrade for 16gb memory.
I just did a chat with Dell with this info and they were more than happy to match this price without any pushback. Thank you!

Edit: They were not able to process the order with the removed standard warranty, so it's +$100.... still buying it. Smilie

I briefly had the r11 and if you need to turn up the case fans it sounds like a jet engine taking off. The liquid cooling is only for the CPU. You can replace the case fans with Corsair ML 120 pros. On the R11 other brands including Noctua produced a bios error on boot..

Shame about the memory, but I'm guessing you can upgrade this yourself easily and cheaply.
RAM is still obscenely priced, but not for long. No one will want to stay home building computers in Summer 2021 with Covid gone.

Ok so how are you guys getting the 550W PSU with the 3080, it won't let me go beyond that point without choosing a 1k watter.
