Mine just got shipped should be here tomorrow. Also got the delayed email and did a chat with Dell rep and they gave me 5% credit but YMMV.

You received a delayed email when your order was in transit?

Better cancel your order and get the CC charge hold released..I know this happens with Dell so I cancelled a week back.
I ordered on 19th early morning was delayed to June 15, but just got the build complete and shipped emails. I don't think they are following any order.

Don't worry you will get it shipped in a day or two.

I ended up just applying paste on the blue lines and did not replace any thermal pads.

I pulled this from the Alienware case and placed into a PC using a much better airflow designed case (Corsair 5000d Airflow). I feel like with the Alienware case you definitely need to leave the side off since it is so cramped.

Hash went to 98 MH and temperature on memory junction is 88 C now (was 110 C and throttling prior).

Core Clock: -129
Memory Clock: +1142
Power Limit: 80%

Fan is at 80% but I am going to tweak the settings here.

I sit next to mine, so had to tone down the fan. For a 97.5MHs hashrate, here are my settings:
Core Clock: -300
Memory Clock: +1100
Power Limit: 68%
Fan: 65%

VRAM temps around 92
Case open with PSU pulled out

Bruh, everyone's getting their shipments.
That's great man, it's just a shame there has been no fewer than 3 better systems posted with 3080s, better CPUs, larger SSDs and the price was lower. Glad to hear people are happy with their purchases though. Good luck with the heat throttle and terrible case though.

This went on sale three times since you bought this system. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus...Id=6455824

Trust me, these guys aren't shipping. Feel free to reply here with a picture of it actually arriving if you think you can prove me wrong.
So now you're salty you didnt get on? He didnt ask you if this was the best deal ever (besides, the ASUS one has the crappiest heatsink, have fun with CPU Throttling, crappy PSU and ugly ass case) but you were the one that said no one is getting it and to post back when you do. He posted back and now you're salty.

lol!!

Clearly you haven't read through this thread. We all got 11700F's Liquid cooled w/1000/watt power supplies, And we all chatted in to get it around the $1800 price. AMEX had the $100 credit, which made it $1700 price.

Recommend you consider just adding paste between the plates, don't bother with pads yet. Been running for a few weeks after adding a few fans to the case, junction temp around 82-84 degrees, paste only, GPU fan at 100%. This is a great card and is averaging around 99 mh/s with low temps.
Your call, but it might save some time and frustration trying to jerk around with pads when just paste might do fine.
Where are you adding paste on GPU, what type are you using? Tx

Shipment came in, sitting right next to me!! Woot woot!!

For benchmarking purposes:

Nicehash:
Daggerhasimoto: 95.84MH/s stable
Temp: 43C
Vram temp: 96C
Settings on Medium

Choosing Nicehash since its simple and no need to play around with settings.

After putting thermal paste at the spots that have been discussed:

Daggerhasimoto: 100.1MH/s stable
Temp: 52C
Vram: 90C
Setting on High
and notably quieter

when i first tested it, it wasnt as stable, but after an hour or two, it became stable.

Both with side panel off.
