And I will counter you by saying, " you just be lucky enough you can afford said lakeside property, and a 10k tractor mower".
I read this in the voice of Dr. Niles Crane. It was highly amusing.
Few comments about the 350 weight limit. The description mentions that this is for lifting the front end only. My 46 in mower weighs 490 but this lift should be fine for lifting the front end.

Ordered one at $49.99 to be picked up at local store. Saw a video on YouTube that said these were originally $149 and the guy gave it a positive review.
Ordered one from my local store, but I have a feeling this will get cancelled like the gear wrench deal. I also ordered one from another store 35 miles away hoping that one of the orders gets filled.
*edit* - Both orders cancelled, but finally managed to get one from a store even further away.
I had a choice when I moved to my new lakefront property, pay $450 a week to have it professionally mowed or get the largest zero turn I could find that was under $10,000. I went from a little $1,200 mower to a beast bigger than anything I see the professional landscape companies use due to 30% of the lawn (lake side) getting totally soaked thus I needed large wheels to the actual size of it all so I needed 60" wide cutting area.
After sticker shock, understanding my new reality I then saw "oh by the way you know that extended dealership warranty we talked about??? yeah.. we're going to have to maintenance everything ourselves and oh by the way we know you dont own a truck but no worries, we only charge $150 every single time we need to pick it up which is every time we do ANYTHING to it."
Just be lucky you have a mower than can go up on one of these.. I always felt so manly with my little ridon, now they seem "cute" lol. Also, I have 2 cup holders, how many does yours have? Exactly! jk xD It even has a seatbelt to it lol.. sigh
