Condition:
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging
Package box didn't have any "handle with care" fragile etc. inside they had air bubble thing but phone case was all the way at the bottomof the box. So phone case could have been upside down and very close to grounds/floors when they were transporting it (less than an half inch? ). Box didn't have any damage, phone box looked fine too but I still don't like how they packaged it, I think they probably put the phone box on top of the air bubble but when they were transporting it it eventually went to the bottom, didn't like that and it could have been face down (phone) and getting pounding by surfaces as it's getting moved. Haven't turn it on yet. So no dmage on box and phone box but could have used some "handle with care" and much much better packaging come on it's still an expensive phone. Did you guys get your phone like that too? So far so good etc?

Well I went to Samsung.com and did the "warranty review" Attached a screenshot of ebay's "order detail" and they approved it for 1 year!!! (my warranty said it expired 3 months before my purchase date) I heard it's pretty strict process for the warranty review and if "order detail" doesn't work you want to include a receipt, just follow whatever it's on the Samsung warranty site. (Do this if Samsung.com shows your phone's warranty is expired and you just purchased the phone from MS ebay, or if it shows the warranty only got 3,5 months left etc . you can get full year from the purchase date)
But MS ebay never answered my question about IMEI, I entered the IMEI to register in Samsung.com and it says the product is already registered. I asked MS ebay THREE times and they never answered it (They replied and answered other questions but not that one) , I also asked why didn't you guys include a receipt with the shipping package, and wow they never answered that either, so yeah I still don't know why IMEI is already registered????? But phone looks brand new, and warranty I got 1 year, so….so far so good I am happy with the phone, I am happy with Samsung, and I am pissed off about MS ebay. I kept asking for receipt and they kept saying they will email me the invoice, but they can't attach the file in ebay, and I can't include my email in the ebay messaging system. It's all a big headache.
Did you guys get a receipt when you get your phone? I didn't get it and when I asked MS ebay they never answered that question either. When I asked for receipt for the Samsung warranty review they say ok we will send you the invoice/receipt, but you getting approved or not we can't guarantee it. So I said yeah send the receipt then, I am not sure about invoice, and they gave me the invoice lol wtf. Try asking them why no mention of warranty in the site, or why didn't they include a receipt with the phone, I wanna see if they answer you it's pretty strange since I think they are legit and stuff, just the guy that handles MS ebay isn't legit I guess.
Anyways so IMEI is already registered when I tried to register it, MS ebay wont answer that question when I tried 3x. I did get a full year warranty from Samsung. Phone seems like it's brand new. Guys what should I do about the IMEI, should I keep the phone or exchange for an IMEI that's not registered yet? But the guy that does correspondence in MS ebay is a hassle to deal with, doesn't answer questions I don't know if I want to go through that again. I hope you guys don't have your IMEI already registered as well, I understand they can listen in, bill you for their calls, hack you etc if they have your IMEI is that right? I think MS ebay is legit but man........It's just strange and some headaches dealing with the guy, I would like to know how were your exp with the MS ebay guy Mark.
