    • Nope, it's easy...just give us instructions on where to access your used tank to help the delivery technician make the exchange or drop efficiently. We are unable to provide delivery time windows, so it is important that you can leave the tank in a secure and accessible location for our driver to access (just like FedEx or UPS package deliveries).
  • What are your delivery days and times?
    • It varies by based on our delivery areas, but generally we deliver 6 days a week, from dawn to dusk. We start our days early to get you your tanks as early as we can. To help us avoid having a missed delivery, please have your tanks out by 7 am on the day of the exchange. It is much appreciated.

Most small/indie propane filling stations will fill em to 20 lbs. All the exchange services like this and Blue Rhino, etx. seemed to cut it down to 15.

This promo has been going on for a long time, and is an excellent deal. Cynch delivered me a brand new tank about a year ago, and took my old rusty one. I don't grill much, but would even pay full price of $20 for a full tank delivered to my door. Being a cheap slickdealer, I would rather keep paying $10

I have used this service 2 times. Great! So easy that I can't see driving to hardware store to refill the tank ever again. Does anyone know if you can use the code as an existing customer?

It looks like it will accept the promo, but when you click pay I got an error message that said it was for first time customers only. Still a fair price at $20 for the service, but not slick for existing customers.

I have blue rhino tanks. if I get this refill tank from Cynch for a blue rhino tank, can I exchange the Cynch tank for a blue rhino tank next time I need a refill?

Rats. We have a new griddle and we're using it so much we're burning through tanks. Wish they had this in my area.

Side note: A 36" griddle is a MUST HAVE for any patio. Favorite purchase of the last year Smilie
