Can't speak to the site, but Cities: Skylines is awesome. Definitely worth it at this price.

Some of the DLC is essential, but those go on sale a lot too.

I'm playing this game right now. I actually have a traffic jam of OUTBOUND trains (leading outside my boundary limits). LOL. How is that even possible??!!

I seen that and that is due to the fact there is a stop when people get on and off so the trains stopped.

Fwiw I have bought another key on eneba (for cyberpunk) and it got activated no problem. That's after having problems and crappy response from cdkeys with PayPal finally refunding me.

How are you getting $10.03? The 3 DLCs combined is $9.04 euro dollars. According to google currency converter, $9.04 euro dollars is equal to $10.80 USD. That doesn't even take into consideration the base game which is just over $2 USD.
