You dont need standing desk unless you have a job where you sitting all day, even so, research has found standing in one position isn't good either
Sitting desks are king, you just gotta take breaks every now and then, you cant be sitting there like an idiot for hours.
These desks, the good ones, are like $600+ and the motor could go out at any moment

Updated 3/24: sadly all good things come to an end and this desk is no exception. After three months it's become totally unresponsive, will beep sadly, not even read out the height, and then turn off. What a shame, bit you get what you pay for—in this case ripped off.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this purchase.

and the tabletops are always cheap laminated crap
youre better off buying a real desk

made in china
only 1 or 2 brands the whole thing is made in USA and their desks are like $1000+
