I have a Nextec 12V drill. It looks like the batteries are different.

Being a very rare commenter, I saw this set and had to. I got these at the same time as a Makita set a few years ago. Acknowledgement here that they may be slightly different models, but I don't think so at cursory glance. Anyway, I absolutely love these. Granted, the Makita 18v have more power, but hanging drywall, driving through soft (not old growth or hardwood) wood, and so on, I grab these almost every time.
The one major-ish drawback is completely ridiculous. I occasionally find it inconvenient that I have to use a hex drill bit on the drill, and that loading it, you have to pull on the collar. The Makita is designed that you put pretty much any driver bit in, and it accepts it. May not lock if the detents aren't on the bit, but it'll go in. Maybe it's a safety thing, but you can't just slip a bit into the Bosch ones, at least this model. So, I keep a black Friday set of Milwaukie drill bits handy.
Pro (absolutely not pro) tip: just get a 6 inch impact bit for the driver. You'll almost never take it off for daily around the house things, and be so happy for the hand guidance on those screws that keep tipping as you try to start them. Pilot holes? Pshaw.
Okay, part of this was in fun, but I seriously love this set. I'll even post goofy pics if I sound too much like a hired goon.
Addendum: the lights. On the Makitas, the lights turn on before the motor, and stay on for a short period after; it's probably in the manual. On the Bosch, you have to pull the trigger just enough to get a high-pitched sound from the motor in to get the lights on, then they turn off immediately. There's a sweet spot, but it's certainly not a "feature". Another reason the long driver is great I guess, since you can take more time to loom from farther away.
Wow. Rant over?
Got this last time it was on sale last month. Love this set. 12V means it's really light. I'm just a homeowner doing really light DIY stuff and this is more than enough. I even got through 3/8" hard porcelain tile with this (took forever though, listen to a podcast while you're doing this) and the lighter weight helped compared to my 20v B&D that I got last year during BF.

Can second this. Got an older version four years ago, and they're my go-to for any regular job. I have a 20v max DeWalt brushless for bigger jobs, but these probably see more day to day use.

I bought last time it was this price. Love them for home use. Very nice weight. Batts seem to go quite a while between charges based on my occasional use. Very pleased!

I have mostly Bosch stuff including 18v hammer drill and "freak" driver but I use my 12v drill most. The 12v driver is pretty useless, loud and slow so I'd recommend just getting the single tool 12v drill and not this set.

Bought this and use for pocket holes etc. plenty enough power for the typical DIY'er and the light weight make it my go to. I bought one for the garage and one for the house. I have 20v & 12v Dewalt brushed & brushless as well as Ridgid 18v brushless drills and impacts and this by far is my favorite to use. Recently used the drill to drill probably 100+ holes in 3/4" maple plywood and pine 1xs and the impact to drive #8 1 1/4" screws for a project and still had 1 bar left on the battery level indicator after all that. The torque IMO is just right and doesn't jerk or vibrate you as much as the other tools. I def. recommend if using for light to medium tasks.

I can third or forth on the value of the set, I was able to pick one up, with the flashlight included once then picked up another for 99 bucks so now there is one set at mother in laws and one at the daughter's.
