- Compatible With All Kinds of Sheet Goods
- The Gator Lift makes it easy to pick up and haul around even the most unwieldy panel of plywood, drywall, sheet metal, MDF, melamine, particle board, tabletops, stone slabs, and more. The simple, yet versatile design allows the Gator Lift to automatically adjust to different thicknesses up to 1 1/8 inches thick.
- Simple to Attach, Easy to Carry
- With the Gator Lift, you simply place the clamp portion of it over the top edge of the material and then lift up. As you lift, the self-adjusting gripping clamps hold the material tight, allowing you to pick up the panel with ease. When you're ready to remove the Gator Lift, you simply set the material down and the clamp releases.
- Over-the-Top Heavy Duty
- This tool is built to last, with solid metal construction: the clamp and handle are machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, while the joint is made from a solid steel bar. The Gator Lift is so ridiculously well-made that we offer an unlimited warranty—simply send us the damaged Gator Lift and we'll send you a replacement.
- Easy On Your Back
- Whether you work with sheets of melamine every day or plan on installing some drywall over the weekend, the Gator Lift will take the strain off your back. There's no need to bend over and lift sheet goods any more. Get the Gator Lift, and you'll be able to lift sheet goods using good posture.
- Use one hand to carry plywood, drywall, MDF, melamine, sheet metal, and other sheet goods
- Heavy duty, aerospace-grade, solid metal construction with durable, impact resistant ABS handles
- Automatic, self-adjusting gripping clamps make it easy for one person to lift and carry full sheets of material
- Accommodates sheet thicknesses up to 1 1/8 inches and up to 100 lbs.
- Imported; Made in China

However, this particular one is horrible.
You want the dual support arm on outside ends if handle.
Better yet... this one is on sale for $23.99 and it's a good one..

I'd recommend with all of them, to bevel the sharp metal corners a bit. They get ya in the bits.
There is no comfortable way to hold the top-grip handles.. it will kill your wrist, and it will let loose if you lower the load off center and a corner catches. Dropped a panel on my foot this way.

Those are fairly light at 0lbs but awkward to carry because of the size... also because they are invisible

They're not. The $6 plastic orange one works much better for me... have used all day sometimes without issue.

Might be overkill but if it is fairly even ground you could rent a drywall hoist from home depot or another tool rental. I will say the one I own works really well at going up to 11' high. However the lowest it can do is still about 3 ft off the ground. Additionally the wheels on mine aren't good at handling uneven terrain. Could probably get around this with laying plywood on the ground. Not perfectbthough
