If you have the space, I recommend waiting for the larger BOV900, also known as the Smart Oven Air model. That's 25% larger (1 cubic foot) and has air fry function (though I never use that).

Overall these Breville convection ovens are fantastic and cook food faster, more evenly, and better crisp/texture to most items. It has completely replaced my use of my built in dual home oven. I can cook things twice as fast with the breville due to the quick heat up and convection (would rather cook in batches with Breville).

I concur. I use the air fry function of it on the reg, and it works wonders.

Agreed! Here are the difference in specs between the two: The Pro is approximately 16" deep with a specification that you leave ~4 in clearance for the vents. The Air is 21" deep with the same clearance needs.

My main oven is on the fritz and needed something fairly immediately. I know it isn't a frontpage level deal here but definitely is a decent price for something that seems to come on sale only once or twice a year.
