I've bought from them a few times, no problems.

It's not like you're downloading from them, it's just a Steam code.

i am in for one seems like it went through. I am totally new to Steam and I am getting a PC built. My question is can you redeem the steam code with out installing steam? I have a steam account but not sure if there is a place to just redeem code as proof of purchase without downloading the launcher as i have no where to download the launcher as of yet.

Coupon no longer works, but $6.56 after taxes and fees is still a bargain. I received the Steam activation code without issue. I'm not familiar with the vendor, but I suggest using a credit (not debit) card to be on the safe side.
