I want to like this esp for the price, but the number of 1-star reviews and the complaints most are citing (not the "used return" ones) leave me running away from this. Oh well.

Most of the low star review seem to be overheating issue. From all upgrade videos on yt, the fan and cooling heat pipe seem decent. but I'm not quite sure if the contact surface with cpu is also coper or aluminum like the Motile laptop, which had tons of poor cooling complaints

I ordered a 14 inch version and so far it runs everything I installed with ease. With 10vipfirst coupon code, it came out to $306 shipped. They are back in stock a few times a week so keep checking.

Thanks for posting this comment; this is very helpful. Which docking station are you using to power this laptop? I have a del TB16 docking station and wondering if it would be compatible to deliver both battery and visuals to the monitor.

Haven't tested with usb-c docking adapter yet. Just tested with my Lenovo Yoga USB-C power adapter and it is charging fine.

Anyone would you please help take a picture of the AC Adapter? VIPOutlet sent me a SAW30A-120-2000U Adapter with the GWTN156-1BK laptop. This adapter has a 12V output therefore it does not charge the laptop (needs 19V input voltage). They sent me the same wrong adapter as a replacement, and now they don't respond to me after I told them they sent me the wrong adapter again.
Once I know the model number of the correct AC adapter, I can buy one myself from somewhere else.
My laptop is out of battery now without a charger, so please help. Much appreciated.
