Are these 2 sounds bars substantially better then entry level sound bars in the $100-$150 range ? Thinking about doing sound bar in living room and 5.1 home theater in media room in the basement
There are much better prices to be had, especially using the grenetoe.
CX
65" - $1799
77" - $2799
GX
65" - $2099
77" - $3199
Also once the new C1 and G1 are officially available, pricing should be pretty good via grenetoe. I'm seeing the following preorder pricing for the C1 through B2B discounts which is usually what retailers on grenetoe can sell for:

Right but the assumption here seems to be:
A. You are also in the market for a high-end soundbar
B. You can flip the sound bar
If the 7.1.4 soundbar is going for $1100 on Ebay and you get the 77" CX combo for $3599 for example, then flip said soundbar for $1100, you come in at $2500 for a 77" CX Oled. Not bad.

Not sure if there's tax (only if you live in NJ?)
You're never going to flip that sound bar for that price. You'll be lucky to get at least 50% of that. It's not one person doing it it's multiple people so now you're competing against other individuals doing the same damn thing.

Considering there's an Open Box one still selling at $800+ I think you're wrong there. Audio equipment tends to keep value longer than you might think.
So it just depends on how patient you are. That's why I asked above about how fast these sell.

Check eBay listings. Filter to sold items. You'll see real demand for stuff like this. It's non existent. Less than one selling a day. Haven't sold one since the 24th. Compare that to how many are for sell...

Lol. Good and TCL usually don't go hand in hand. TCL high-end is an OK TV and they are always on sale.
