Looks like this uses Ti (Texas Instruments) TPA 3116 D2 chip. They are known for their sound quality. However, if you're not looking for a fancy case, search TPA 3116 on eBay and you'll find a ton of caseless ones for less.

I have one of the generic ones (that I paid $15 bucks for) connected to a laptop power brick and it works well with 20 year old 3-way speakers.

To be fair, this includes a power supply which could account for another $15 and a case which would be about $10. So net $40. Hence $45 is a decent deal I suppose if you don't have an old brick lying around.
I have the previous version from 2020 holiday season deal for around the same price. I have it running two Paradigm bookshelf speakers and a Definitive Tech powered subwoofer and it sounds pretty decent.

However, the most annoying thing about this is that it automatically powers down either the Bluetooth connection or the amp when there is no audio signal. Every time it powers on or off, there is a medium loud pop out of the speakers. Since I have this connected via Bluetooth to my laptop, then after 30 seconds of no sound, then there will be a pop when it powers down, and then the next time there is audio, like from a notification or if I start playing a video then there will be a pop and then about one second before it will start playing audio again. All of the pops start getting very annoying after a while. If you are playing continuous audio, like if you have Spotify playing in the background, then it will keep the audio signal alive and there won't be on and off pops all the time. But if you don't have a continuous Source playing, then the pops will drive you crazy. I don't know if this revised version has fixed this problem.
A couple of additional changes I see on this B08s (newer version).

An optical digital input...this lets you hook the optical audio out of a TV or other device to play it. The old one had an optical out..which could connect to a DAC but is not very useful for most people.

2 Aux/Line inputs. This connects to a headphone out etc. It does not seem they are switchable, so they may be both live at the same time.
On the negative side, they removed the low level RCA preamp outputs, putting in instead a single subwoofer out for a powered active sub.

The power supply has twice the amps (4 vs 2) of the old one.

I have this and it sound good. Although the wired
Mode seems to have a hissing sound. On Bluetooth it's flawless. Not sure is $45 is really deal considering a newer
Model is out from the same manufacture.

Will this be enough power to drive Klipsch r14m in a nearfield setup?

I have the older version B08, and if this is an improved version, then this is a pretty good little amp device and can drive the R14M without any problem at all. Here's a review of an old one:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvHltdHyXYE

I tried it on wired and wireless, and it's very clean. The one I have, compared to the video, have a very hefty power brick instead of bulky-headed powerplug. I also added the left/right RCA on my subwoofer and it worked fine. The new version is also 100w x2 while the older one is 50w x2 so I am really tempted to get one (I got my old one for about ~60 USD).

Thanks. Unclear on if the new version has an rca in and optical in, looks like they were outs on the previous model, but ins on this one.

Good catch. I really like the pre-amp out as this gives me flexibility to use other DACs. Like I said, my powerbrick is heftier than what the Amazon link says (see attached image) as mine says 24v 4a.

I checked it again, and like what Groch said, the RCA ports were changed from Output to Input (and same for Optical), however, the new one gained a dedicated low-level subwoofer out. It will depend on your use-cases whether this is a pro or con. In my current old one, I can either use the Blutooth or the 3.5mm but not both (or maybe I was doing it wrong). I prefer using the 3.5 input jack and for audio, I prefer using wired connection in general so having a 3rd input will be nice.

So depending on usage model, the new version might be a downgrade or an upgrade. But from the wattage-alone spec (2x 50w vs 2x 100w), this new model is an improvement. For comparison, here's the link to my old one from Amazon [amazon.com].

Yeah I was def looking for something with a sub out and 2 analog inputs (my cheap Lepai has both rca & 3.5 mm in), bluetooth and optical in are a bonus.

Cool. Not sure if you have seen the video I posted above, so reposting here with the timestamp where the reviewer connected the B08 amp to a sub and Klipsch loudspeaker (not just a bookshelf speaker). The reviewer is using the one with a 24v 2.2A power supply (the new one posted is using a 24v 4A):

this is not bad. i have the B08 and it is decent (certainly not 100W, but whatever). the fact that this has OPT in vs OPT out is pretty nice for a TV 2.0 setup.
the only issue is the 1Mii may lack power when you drive less efficient speakers (take KEF 350 for example). i ended up with SA 300 for my KEF but still kept the 1Mii for a more efficient 3 way speaker.
