I never get register rewards for pick up orders. I have dh pick up the orders and he has to ask every time where is the RR and they say in the bag, he doesn't look and ends up having to go back to the store every time

I just realized that there are "Register rewards" -RR (in store only) & "Cash rewards"-CR.
So if you purchase something w/RR for store pick up and just have them bring your order out, you will not get the RR, vs going in and have them print a receipt.

Can someone confirm if this is correct? I ordered for store pick up and went into to get it. I was expecting $8 in rewards but only $4 showed up in my account (CR-Foamy?) & I got $4 off $4 coupon print out from P&G (RR-Secret?)

PS-RR must be used in store, but do they always expire w/in a week?

Register Rewards are a paper coupon that prints from the catalina machine at the register. If you order online for in-store pickup, it is supposed to print when they scan the QR code on the bag when you pick up.
I didn't end up doing the online order thing with RR's yet but as most of order pickup are done in the photo department registers they probably aren't too use to handing out RR's like the regular registers. So it may have printed out and they didn't notice it or the machine is on the fritz (out of ink or paper or jammed) and never bother to fix it.

Probably worth doing some pre-emptive asking if their catalina machine is on w/ solid green light before ringing up your online order pickup and tell them you are expecting one.

Another Q-would a paper $7 CW when you spend $25 (in store only) & $5 off $20 storewide digital coupon stack or only one applies if I purchase in store?
Quote from sugraray99 :
Both should apply, but you would have to spend $30 at least to get the $7 WCR because the $5 off lowers your total spending.

Thanks for anwering my Qs-that helps alot.

My mistake -the $5 is get WCR not "off". So if I spend $25, I earn both $5 (for $20 spend) & $7 (for $25 spend)? And I can't use rewards or the total spend has to be $25 after applying rewards?

Wags is not consistent with this, unfortunately. If they were both paper or both digital, they definitely would not both work. Best I can say is MAYBE!!
You can't pay with WCR, but you can use MQs to lower your total, as long as you had $25 before the coupons.
I can actually report on this exact scenario because I did it last night. Went to store A and the cashier just gave me a couple of those $7 WCR points when you spend $25 printouts the previous customers didn't want. I didn't think it would work (wasn't sure if they were attached to other people's accounts or not).

But then I did a test at store B with $25.XX total before manu coupons. Had them scan the $7 WCR printout first (not sure if that matters). Then them scan a bunch of manu coupons and RR's to bring total down to $8.XX. I received back a grand total of $20 WCR: $7 WCR from the print out, $5 WCR WYB $20 digital loaded offer, and also $8 for a couple sets worth of Gillette offers.
