Stupid question perhaps but I've looked at this model before and now see the Costco description states it's "great for camping in warm weather" - what does that even mean? I presume this will be just fine in 40-50 degrees as well, no? - or is there such a thing as an insulated tent I haven't heard of before?

Probably means the seams are not taped, meaning not good for rain/inclement weather.

In my experience it's just a clear way to say it's a three-season tent.

Pretty sure Ap0stle is correct in that this is a 3-season tent which is standard.
There are "ultralight" tents also but those are also rather expensive for the sake of shaving off weight which primarily matters to those who are backpacking rather than parking right next to their campsite.

4-season tents exist but those are rather expensive and unnecessary unless you plan to camp in extreme weather. Good breakdown: https://www.msrgear.com/blog/3-se...t-for-you/
