Lowest price on Amazon in about a year. Advance wants around $25 for the same kit, and while Walmart advertises this at the same price, it's not available for that price for free pickup - it's an addtl $5.99 delivery fee. Currently a #1 seller on Amazon, as well. Great reviews - I've personally used this kit on 3 different vehicles, and the results are amazing (they don't last forever, though - you'll need to redo after maybe a year).
**EDIT - Adding this to the OP. It is recommended that you use a clear coat to make the restoration last longer (as you've now sanded off the top layer of plastic). That said, here is 3M's Quick Headlight Clear Coat [amazon.com] - which is worthy of it's own post as it's selling a few pennies off of its all time low @ $3.67 >OOS.

1. MAKE SURE IT'S NOT THE DRIVE-THRU CAR WASH WAX!!!!!
The headlight cleaners do nothing much if it is that.
How can you tell?
WD-40 on a paper towel and wipe the headlamp! If it turns clear quickly, IT IS NOT oxidization that headlamp cleaners target!
2. Rotary buffers really speed up the scrubbing process.
Plastic wrap around the lens to protect the car paint.
My suggestion: I would not use plastic wrap (assuming you mean food-grade plastic wrap). You will get much better protection from brown paper grocery bags, cut to the shape needed to fit around the headlight lens and taped down with AUTOMOTIVE-grade blue painters tape, which comes off cleanly and doesn't pull/damage the paint. One slip with the drill can be costly without proper preparation.
3. Chevy Trailblazer headlight 10" x 16" one kit will not do two headlights, needed 2nd kit.

I ended up ordering replacement lenses for my headlights, ended up being like $30 for the pair. Its a bit more involved (have to bake the headlights in the oven to soften the glue) but they're like brand new now. Definitely worth skipping straight to that IMO, just my 2¢

edit: I tried to look up why this works, and it turns out that DEET is a solvent. and in my experience it worked insanely faster and stronger than something like acetone...

As lights get older they also get dimmer. if it was just really dim headlight bulbs you might try upgrading to the Sylvania xtravision or something. Smidge brighter than the basic lights.
