Initial price for all colors is $111.99
Yeah, sometimes I see that on the page with all the offers for EPP, but as soon as I click it, it goes to 119 and doesn't show any EPP info anymore.

Guess they don't want my money...

Got it to work in a roundabout way. Thanks OP!! Been wanting to try these, and burn some Perks @ Work points. The price you're looking for is $111.99 on the page with the offers/all the earbuds, and then $95.99 on the red galaxy buds live page, with $20 trade-in.

Long story, probably nobody else will need to do this:

So I logged into my phone with my Samsung account that has SoFi (same as I've been trying all day on my PC), and it had the correct pricing. I then quickly copied the link from the Samsung Pay app before it translated it on Chrome on the phone. I sent it to my PC, and logged into SoFi there, and then I saw the correct pricing. Then Logged into RK10, and then Perks @ Work. The price was still there. Got to checkout, and everything good except it still says SoFi. Bought it, plus used my points from buying S21 Ultra on Samsung. $42 and change. We'll see if my Perks @ Work actually refunds that to my Credit Card.

Did u assigned those p@w points before you bought? If so there should not be an issue.

Checked out reviews on amazon and these seem to be very popular and have a high rating. I was going to get some off brand buds, but for $15 decided to spring for these. Seems like a really comfortable design for people who don't like buds pushing against the inside of their ear.

Guess I'm in minority but I actually love the buds live. They sound better than my buds + and are way more comfortable. Main downside is the battery life.
I'm with you. I didn't think I'd like them but ended up loving the fit and comfort. Sound is decent especially since I mostly use them for podcasts and watching YouTube/ Netflix. I've had the buds and buds plus which were great for me. Tried the buds pro but for some reason, the right earbud only gave me some discomfort.

So..I've got some Buds Live that I love, but my dog got hold of them. Both are dented, one of them holy holds a charge about 10 minutes, the other is fine.

Any idea if I can use them for a trade in?
Why don't you give it a try?

It was the most surreal thing. Called and got tech support, they put me in a queue for "sales" and that guy called me. He asked if I could send him the video of the factory reset and he sent me an email. I send him the email and then he says they will do a one-time accommodation and process the trade in, and I immediately get an email saying that the trade was processed and my card will not be charged.

I am, uh, cautiously optimistic that that is the end of it, but it seems like it is?
Once you get the right person at Samsung, they're pretty good about adjusting pricing and refunds and such. I had a number of nightmare issues with the Note20 Ultra rollout and in the end, they did fully process all discounts and offers. So hopefully your case will be similar.

I returned mine...I did not like the fit at all. Very uncomfortable and felt like they were going to fall out

Just to add to this anyone having issues with the fit or just interested. If you call samsung customer service and let them know that the earpiece is going to far in your ear they can provide silicone sleeves FREE that will help with a nice fit that prevents them from falling into your ear. I love them even more with these.Link to official post below.

Thank you i just ordered 2 of them for my previous orders.

I'd like to add. You're also able to buy them for udder$15.

Samsung support is hit and miss and I spent 2 months trying to get them from the end of December to the end of February via Samsung phone support. Those guys gave me so many excuses on why it's late that eventually they said their higher ups rejected the order. Never got them from Samsung but I bought an official set. They definitely work but the sleeves to deform a bit where the stretch sometimes no longer conform uniformly to the respective holes that it's supposed to expose. Think a ski mask where the eye hole misses the mask.
No way someone would spend $15 on the sleeves. did not have any issues from support, lets see how different is the experience of buds when the sleeves arrive
