I just threw away 2 full containers of this from the last time this was on here for $1. Unpleasant taste when added to a protein shake. Only decent way I found to use it was to add a bit to banana bread. It made it taste a bit "earthy" but I wouldn't choose to bake with it if I don't have to.

It's as soluble and absorbable as normal American processed wheat. So unless you have a gi tract that can break down screws; opt for better.

This was $1.73 last time I ordered it. We used it for mixing with dough. Taste was not spectacular but this price is no way a deal.
