I tested on a bunch of SPF100 sunscreen and it works (will see after payment on the screen and on the app) even if the BC estimate in cart doesn't show.
Combine with IB and bonuses and there are very cheap stuff there. Remember to take screenshots though as offers on the app are expiring soon and I'm sure today will fast track that date.
RA is getting good that the $10 off $50 code doesn't work anymore
Our beloved rebate prepaid visa cards now have to match the registered address (or maybe just the billing zip) or else they won't work at RA.

I have one order with the dreaded "on hold" status, this is my first time seeing it after the recent update that killed BC on the website for weeks. Be careful with the billing/shipping address and using the same cc on multiple accounts.

I've had things go ON HOLD when I've used an address for the first time. The other time was in Jan (?) when I paid entirely w/ BC. The new address eventually processed.
I use prepaid gc for my RA orders. I get them at Staples or supermarket when they have no activation fee or other MM bonus. With those (unlike rebate cards) the address doesn't matter.

They already fixed that 100% paid by BC issue. It hasn't happened in months. There's nothing new in this address (it's saved on my dropdown list so I know it's been used before) and I used a rebate visa card from P&G that apparently was used in another account way back in January but with RA, the issue could be anything. :-S
