This knifes blade goes dull very quick even after sharpening.

Gerber makes some knives that look cool but the few I got had the dullest blades I have ever seen out of the box any they got even more dull quickly with light use. Unless you are comfortable sharpening knives or just want a letter opener, skip Gerber.
