This is a KEYBOARD for the S7+, not the actual Samsung S7+ tablet.
There is someone in each one of these S7 bookcover keyboard threads that complains that the >$100 tablet keyboard is overpriced.

New Samsung price-match policy change. This shouldn't affect this deal - confirmed as of yesterday night ~10 pm Eastern (UTC-4) April 1st, 2021:
Samsung does not price match anyone period.
Samsung will refund the difference in price if you buy something from their website and it goes on sale within two weeks of purchase date (not delivery date).

The use case I can see for it though is just leaving the keyboard in an area you normally sit if you use the tab as a laptop replacement. It is a pretty good quality feeling cover/keyboard but I expected more for the msrp. Even at the $100 I paid it doesn't seem like good value.
I personally ended up just buying a $15 bookcover type case off amazon which I will use 90% of the time. Maybe use this if I travel or want to use the tablet as a laptop replacement sometime.
I agree that it isn't worth this price at all, but this keyboard is far from "junk".
Like someone else said, it doesn't protect the tablet from anything but wear on the back glass while using it, and the protection for front glass is debatable because if anything is on the keyboard, when you close the case that will be rubbing on the screen.
Realistically I'd say this think should be $120 MSRP and personally I'd pull the trigger if it went on sale for $50 or less. No idea why Samsung priced this product so high...the development cost or the construction must be more expensive than you'd think.
I got this for my wife for $1.55 but that is a totally different story...it is not the everyday case that stays on the tablet though...not enough protection. We mainly use a cheap case ordered on Amazon, and only use this case when she wants to use a keyboard, which has only been a few times in the last couple months.
Samsung really needs to figure out how to price these tablet keyboards better...but people still buy them so I guess they'll keep prices in this same range.
