Its a decent game but its something like 120 hours to do everything in just the base game, plus probably a bunch more for the 2 or 3 story DLCs of which the first one isn't even due out until April 29th. Usually assassin creed DLCs are pretty good, in Odyssey most people would say the Atlantis DLC was even better than the main story game.
I just finished the campaign and agree with the SkillUp YouTube review of this game. As a mindless action RPG it's worth the price, but the story is so drawn out that by the end you don't care about it anymore. I also finished AC Origins and Odyssey and those were also very long games, but you had the chance to stick with the story and skip a lot of the side stuff if you wanted. It seems in Valhalla, in order to see the end of the main story you have to clear like 15 or 16 regions, each with their own story and most of them having little or nothing to do with the main story. So I was fast forwarding through most of the dialogue and cut scenes midway through.
