No it also needs to be pumped up by few TU's from sponsor bots.

If you need to have a water dispenser (hot and cold water), find one that you can just slide the water jug under the cabinet (downside up) as opposed to the one in this listing (upside down). After a while, it gets annoying lugging a 40lbs water jug and hopefully slotting it correctly into the hole without spilling water everywhere.

Is there a model you can recommend? Thanks

They also generally cost double the price of a top loading model, or $100 extra.

Considering most people today need to take time out of their days to work out, is lifting one bottle that bug of a problem. I barely spill anything, and that's with the bottle Wal-Mart sells next to the Primo water dispensers. The Primo cap doesn't fit well and I still barely spill anything.

not everyone is as strong/skilled, there are many instances of me setting the bottle with 0 spill and making sort of a mess with spills.

I would absolutely go with bottom loading dispensers but they are way pricier than the top loading ones

I can see it being a challenge for people to lift it and turn it upside down. Plus the bottom loading ones look a lot better if you're using it at home. That's just a personal thing though.

I know we just got done talking about heavy lifting with the containers, but let me add 11.66 more pounds and tell you I use a glass 5gal carboy because I prefer not having to worry about plastic shards in my water. That's not a put down on anyone using plastic, just not having to worry about maintenance a few years down the line.

But then one would miss out on doing a squat and power a lift every once in a while lol
